This is why very high standards are set for the quality of drinking water.
It is not necessary to use water of drinking quality for all purposes in private households and industrial plants. Here, process water can be used for a multitude of tasks.
Many regions face the dilemma of deciding whether scarce water resources should be used as drinking water or for agricultural purposes. Thus irrigation is becoming more and more important in Germany’s agriculture.
It is easy to turn rainwater into drinking water and it also has many other uses. The same holds true for water generated from atmospheric humidy.
